She is survived by: her parents, Benjamin Keown and Katie Keown; her brother Benji; and her grandparents, Tony, Suzanne Willoughby, Michelle, Jimmy Cook, Al, Wanda Keown and Ruth Willoughby. She is also survived by daughter and sister, and her place in their family.
Those wishing to honor Julia's memory may also make a memorial contribution to Red Bird Ministries, a Catholic ministry supporting families grieving the loss of a child.
