He is survived by: his wife Diane Summerford; his children, Kenneth Barclay Summerford (Greg), Jimmy Childers, Stacey Armstrong (Craig), Chris Turner (Demetria), Chelsey Diana (Faith), Steven Chase, Jacob Hunter and Jordan Craig; his great grandchild Brantley Armstrong; and his brother Ralph Summerford (Nancy).
