He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Clyde and Barbara Jenkins Davis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moore Davis; his children, Tricia Davis (Michael) and John Davis; his sister Karen White; and his siblings-in-law, William Moore (Marguerite) and Helen Kanute (David). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Savings for Building fund at North Highland Baptist Church in honor of Mr. Davis.
