With solemn reverence, we commemorate Shirley Sue Thomas of Warrior, Alabama, whose life came to an end on July 26, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mothers, Lois Doss and Flora Childers; her husband James "Mickey" Thomas; and her siblings, Douglas "Buddy" Doss, Talmadge "Tommy" Doss and Dorothy "Faye" Southern.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Mosley (Loretta), Tammy Sullivan (Joseph) and Timmy Walker; her grandchildren, Heather Bullard, Caitlyn Jones (Blake), Caleb Mosley (Morgan) and Shelby Mosley (DeAndre Graves); her great grandchildren, Chaz McElrath, Haven, TJ Jones, Taylor Mosley and Crue Graves; and her sisters-in-law, Lenora Doss and Brenda Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the UAB O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center.
