He was predeceased by: his parents, Randle Smith and Mary Smith; and his brothers, Ray Jr., Johny and Lonnie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Shana Young Smith; his daughter Abigail Rhodes; and his brothers, Ronnie Smith (Sharon) and Donnie Smith (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
