He is survived by: his children, Jerry Allen Johnson (Sherrie) of Florence, AL and April Michelle Malone (Cedric) of Muscle Shoals, AL; his brother Kenneth Wayne Johnson of Sheffield, AL; his grandchildren, Miranda Johnson Broaddrick (Daniel), Megan Johnson, Breanna Michelle Malone and Jordan Andru Malone; and his great grandchild Hudson Allen Broaddrick.
