He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Fagan and Pat Fagan (Stella); his son Dalton Page; his brother Daniel Fagan (Sam); and his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Gage and Charlie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
