He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carroll; his children, Tammy Butterworth (Scott) and Randy Carroll (Shirley); his grandchildren, Josh Cupp (McKenzie), Steven Butterworth, Andrew Carroll and Mana Butterworth; and his great grandchildren, Barrett Cupp and Remy Cupp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
