She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Wells; her siblings, Merle Phillips, James Phillips and Wanda Bowles; and her parents, James Henry Phillips and Effie Belle Williams Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Dotherow of Winter Park, FL and LeAnne Andrews of Weaver; and her grandchildren, Amy Haynes (Randy), Moyel "Trey" Andrews, Allison Freckman and Chris Abbott. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
