He is survived by: his wife Wylene Kight Dingler of Weaver, AL; his sons, Ernie Dingler of Alexandria, AL and Dennis Allen Dingler (Tammy) of Americus, GA; his siblings, Billy Wayne Dingler, Johnny Sterling Dingler, Ronnie James Dingler, Mary Linda Williams and Wanda Louise Dawson; and his grandsons, Buck of Baton Rouge, LA and Andrew of Dahlonega, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
