He is survived by: his wife Sonja Moats Swain; his daughters, Brooke Childree (Josh) and Allison Swain; his grandchildren, Joey Phillips-Dannels, Carson Swain, Graysen Childree and Alayna Childree; and his siblings, MJ Swain, Betty Hudley (Fred), Frankie Nelson (Earl) and Martha Crawley.
