He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lee Ashworth and Bertha Lou Tillis Ashworth; his wife Rhonda Ashworth; and his brother Jerry Lee Ashworth. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Watts of Wedowee, Roxanne Brown of Roanoke and Oakley Brown of Wedowee; and his siblings, Frances Atkinson, Linda Caldwell and Alfred Ashworth.
