She was predeceased by : her husband Miguel Angel Roman. She is survived by : her children, Elba L. Roman Ocasio of Oxford, Elena V. Roman Ocasio of Cropwell, Sonia Velez of Wedowee and Ivan A. Roman Ocasio of Wedowee; her grandchildren, Sara Roman, Anna Roman, Kannon Reeves, Carolina Torres, Edgar Torres, Angel Roman and Pedro Torres; and her brother Sebastion Ocasio Velez of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at 31 4th Ave SW, Wedowee, AL 36278.
