He is survived by: his wife Linda Fulmer; his children, Andrea Comer (Rick), Cheryl Reaves (Chris) and Brad Fulmer; his siblings, Judy Marshall and Keith Fulmer (Janet); and his grandchildren, Chase Partridge (Kelsie), Payton Frederick (Rowe), Cody Fulmer, Grayson Fulmer, Reed Fulmer (Allison), Chloe Reaves and Caidan Reaves. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
