In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Harv and Beulah Mae Parrish Powell; and his sister Linda Hester. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Doane Powell; his niece Brittany Weatherby; his nephews, Mark Griffin and Greg Griffin; and his brother-in-law Don Hester.
Memorial may be floral or donations may be made to the Carillon Oaks Memory Care Facility at 91 Willoughby Street, Heflin, Alabama 36264.
