He is survived by: his children, Scott Murphree and Kate Murphree Baumann; his grandchildren, Garrett Baumann, Jackson Baumann, Danielle Murphree Evans, Rachel Murphree and Will Murphree; and his siblings, Sarah Murphree Corson, Rev. Jon Tal Murphree and Dr. Quincy Murphree.
