He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Coleman and Jewell Coleman; his wife Betty Coleman; and his siblings, Sandra King and James Hanna.

He is survived by: his sons, Bronson Coleman and Craig Coleman (Ashley). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces.
