She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Denton and Bessie Palmertree Ludolf; her siblings, Frances Hill, Kay Ludolf, Luther, Earl, Denton and Rayford Ludolf; her granddaughter Abigail Herring; and her daughters-in-law, Denise Herring, Joyce Herring and Debbie Herring.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Lee Herring, Lonnie Paul Herring, David Charles Herring (Diane), Johnny Ray Herring (Donna) and Robert James Herring (Cathi); and her siblings, Brenda McCann, Iva Duke and Bobby Ludolf. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home (1498 5th Ave, Pleasant Grove, AL 35127). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
