He is survived by: his wife Annette T. Sims; his stepson Justin Hamer; his daughters, Melinda Boothe (David) and Connie Kornegay (Lonnie); and his adoptive daughter Tracey Smith (Robbie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and extended loving family and friends.
