She is survived by: her children, Vickie Blake, Renee Broadhead (Stanley) and Ernest Carroll (Ginger); her grandchildren, Chance Blake, Courtney Acker (Jake), Jordan Carroll (Taylor) and Jonah Carroll; her great grandchildren, Hadley Acker, John Luke Acker, Madden Carroll and Noah Carroll; and her brother Jack Boone.
