He was predeceased by : his parents, William Wagner and Hazel Ozborne Wagner; and his brothers, William Leonard Wagner and Donald George Wagner. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Allen Wagner; his children, Scott Wagner (Donna), Stacy Wilson and Shannon Cherry (Greg); his grandchildren, Elise Felix, Jackson White (Danielle), Will Wagner, Austin Scanlan (Carley), Ashton Cunningham (Hunter) and Pressley Cherry; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Micah, Ari-Layne, Cade James, Hattie Mae, Amiyah Renee, Hampton and Emerson Jo. He is also survived by nieces nephews, and other family members.
