He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Evelena; and his siblings, Frances, Linda, Jonathan and Charlie.
He is survived by: his wife Teri; his daughters, Christi (Kevin), Natalie Suzanne (Billy) and Melinda (Chris); and his siblings, Eddie, Joe and Cathy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
