He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwin L. Bailey and Bonnie Faye Bailey; and his sister Dianne R. Hammock. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sides Bailey; his children, Desmond V. Bailey (Kelly), Angela Cantrell (Jarred) and Daxton Bailey (Stacey); his grandchildren, Jackson, Cameron, Steven, Carson and Addyson; his great grandchildren, Maddy and Grayson; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Hammock, Lynda S. Totty (Tom) and Dinah S. Laney (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to Ivy Creek Hospice or Thelma Baptist Church.
