She was predeceased by: her parents, Ace Smith and Gladys Smith; and her sister Barbara Lanier Brown. She is survived by: her son Tim Spivey; her nieces, Priscilla Baker, Charlotte Hart and Scarlett Nettles (Ray); her nephew Travis Lanier (Trisha); her friend Jan Miller; and her cousin Sara Shaw. She is also survived by 3 great nephews, 2 great nieces, numerous great-great nephews and nieces.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pine View Memorial Gardens (2325 Holtville Rd, Wetumpka, AL 36092).
