It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Phillips of Wetumpka, Alabama, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Richard Skinner Jr. and Doris Evelyn Williams Skinner; her husband Lawrence Phillips; and her son Eric Phillips. She is survived by : her sisters, Carol Bryant (Gerald), Glenda Skinner and Jane Skinner. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Montgomery Cancer Center in her memory.
