She was predeceased by: her parents, John Richard Skinner Jr. and Doris Evelyn Williams Skinner; her husband Lawrence Phillips; and her son Eric Phillips. She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Bryant (Gerald), Glenda Skinner and Jane Skinner. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and friends.
