It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine C. Perkins (Wetumpka, Alabama), who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Perkins; her children, William R. Perkins and Marilyn Zeigler; her parents, Harvie Collier and Mattie Lou Collier; and her siblings, Byron Collier, Winford Collier and Rebecca Mobley.

She is survived by : her daughter Virginia P. Marcus (Robert); her grandchildren, David M. Zeigler (Amanda), Natalie P. Scarborough (Doug), Jennifer Z. Medley (Nicholas), Ashford Perkins (Ashley) and Carolyn M. Karim (Jamil); and her sister Asenath Coker. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
