He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parrish Powell; his children, Stacey Powell Frizzel (James P.) and Gregory Earl Powell (Robin M.); his grandchildren, Nolan Wayne Moseley, Candace Frizzel Powers and Kerrigan Keith Powell; his great grandchildren, Austin Moseley, Annsleigh Moseley of Madison Wright, A. J and Powers; and his sister Judy Warren.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Hospital.
