She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie Hicks and Mary Ledlow Hicks (George Samuel Cooper); her daughter Tammy Thornton; and her siblings, TJ Hicks, Robert Hicks, Junior Hicks, Girdner Hicks, Mary Nell Thompson, Bessie Gilliand, Ruby Whatley and Lena Bush.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Barrett (Johnny) and Donna McClellan (Eric); her brother Marvin Hicks; her grandchildren, Jeremy McClellan (McKenzie), Timothy Barrett (Kimberly) and Jordan McClellan; and her great grandchildren, Grady Lynn McClellan, Bryar Wood, Ellie Kate McClellan, Ava Grace Barrett and Rylee Ann Barrett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
