He was predeceased by: his parents, George Szczepanski and Sophie Szczepanski; and his sisters, Doris Lubetski and Judy Urlacher. He is survived by: his wife Diane Sepan; his sons, James E. Szczepanski, Jr., Jimmy Gray (Christie) and David Gray (Julie); his grandchildren, Cooper, Gracie, Aarick (Cara), David Jr. (Brooke), Payton, Dawson, Campbell and Piper; his great grandchildren, Wes and Drew; and his siblings, Terry Cole, Evie Bakic (Bob) and George Szczepanski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
