Jason Hilty Obituary

HILTY, Jason Michael, 19, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 20, 2008 due to a blood clot in the lungs. He was born November 9, 1988, and was a graduate of Wetumpka High School in 2007. He was a student at Auburn University. He is survived by his parents, Ken and Becky Hilty; brother, Kyle Hilty; grandparents, E.C and Betty Foster, and Jim and Betty Hilty, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from Santuck Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Middlebrooks officiating. Pallbearers will be John Coltey, Rob Atkinson, Kyle Hilty, Jake Lambert, Colton Creel and Tyler Savage. Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Aldridge and Mark McDonald. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, at Gassett Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to Hospice of West Alabama and Tuscaloosa or your favorite Charity in Jason"s memory.
