She was predeceased by : her husband EJ Jones; her son Larry Mitchell; her grandson Mitchell Grant; and her parents, W. E. Williams and Bessie Williams.

She is survived by : her daughter Sharan Grant (Milton); her grandchildren, Cameron Wade McCormick (Annalisa) and Larry Heath Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Robert Alexander McCormick, John Cameron McCormick, Mackenzie Lynn Elizabeth Mitchell, Breigh Ann Mitchell and Abigail Grace Snider.
