Parks; his mother Joan H. Miles (Howard); and his sisters, Donna K. Rooks (Mark D.), Ginger L. Little, Penny E. Von Hollen (Tracy) and Billie A. Glazier (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
