He is survived by: his wife Susan Scholder Baker; his sons, Wade Baker (Amy), David Baker (Tammie), Gary Baker (Jimmie) and Mark Baker (Michelle); his brothers, Harold Baker (Sondra), Johnny Baker (Barbara) and Philip Baker; and his grandchildren, Kristian Coon (Nick), Laura Lott (Jason), Michael White (Garrett), Greg Baker, Ricky Baker (Stacie), Tyler Baker, Alex Stockman (Josh), Brianna Baker and Maddie Baker. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Seman Congregational Church Cemetery.
