He was predeceased by: his former wife Janice Clark; his parents, Clyde R. Clark and Floy M. Clark; his siblings, Billy Clark, Bobby Clark, Margie Clark and Charles Clark; and his grandson Dustin Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Clark; his children, Debbie Thomas, Donnie Clark (Michele) and Misty Clark; his brother Howard Clark; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Babston (Blayne), Devin Clark (Kaitlyn), Kailee Johnson (Blake), Kamryn Clark, Kaleb Clark, Caleb Terry and Krysta Clark; and his great grandchildren, Lydia Babston, Dalton Babston and Charlotte Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
