She was predeceased by : her parents, Travis Payne and Theo Hall; and her children, Reita L. Page, Raymond Frank Vann and Diane Elizabeth Todd.
She is survived by : her son Grover Vann. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
