With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Kimak of Wetumpka, Alabama, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kimak and Ann Wolucka Kimak; and his brother George Kimak, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Angela Kimak; his brother Richard Kimak; his sons, Bill Paravicini (Liz) and Ken Hammock; and his godchildren, Christina Mosca Poff and Bobby Mosca.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are requested to the Humane Society of Elmore County, 255 Central Plank Road, Wetumpka, AL 36092.
