He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Herron and Sarah Keenan Herron; and his siblings, Thomas Judson Herron, Shirley Jean Mayhood and Audrey Ledbetter.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Herron; his children, Thomas Herron and Sarah Kaye King; his sisters, Joyce Garrett (Charlie) and Linda Olin (Steven); and his grandchildren, Luna Herron, Sarah Beth King and Jonathan Mark King. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brookside Memorial Gardens (3360 Brookside Dr, Millbrook, AL 36054).
