She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge Williams and Nellie Ragsdale Williams; her husband Larry Fulmer; her daughter Lisa Thomas; and her siblings, David Williams, Danny Cato and Elaine Cato.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Morton; and her siblings, Jerry Cato (Pamela), Vicky Hall, Redena Russell, Renda Skinner, Rebecca "Becky" Alexander (Ray), Iva Nell Hamm and Trisha Vann (Ricky). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews.
