He is survived by: his children, Spencer Lane Railey (Rachel), Noah Landon Railey (Paige), David Levi Railey (Abby) and Ginny Railey Carlisle (Nick); and his siblings, Gerald Railey (Kim) and Vanessa Clark. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wetumpka Church of Christ (408 W Bridge St, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
