He is survived by: his son Norris Webb Todd (Brenda); his siblings, Jimmy Webb, Jr. and Dell Webb; his niece Barbara Eady; his sister-in-law Cheryl Webb; and his friends, Janet Iverson and Mary Young. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great- grandchildren, one great- great- grandchild.
