He is survived by: his wife Sandy Stringfellow; his children, Shelby Lee Stringfellow III (Lindsay) and Stephanie Peavy (Ken); his stepchildren, Heather Kervin (Chris), Erik Johnston (Donna) and Evan Johnston; his sister Donna Trammell; and his grandchildren, Tanner Parham, Hannah Shierling, Braxton Dozier, Evie Gill, Shelby Stringfellow IV, Anne Everett Stringfellow and Ezra Smith.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home Chapel (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harmony Methodist Church Cemetery fund.
