He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Berridge Dunn and Dr. Julius Ethelbert Dunn; his brothers, Dr. Julius Ethelbert Dunn, Jr. (Beau) and Patrick Hall Dunn (Pat); and his sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth Kendall Dunn (Ebba).

He is survived by: his wife Sarah Louise Kendall Dunn of Eutaw, AL; his children, Dr. S. Kendall Dunn (John A. Buettner) of Pike Road, AL, William Berridge Dunn Jr. (Cheri Colagross Dunn) and Dr. Walter Moreland Dunn (Emily Williams Dunn) of Mountain Brook, AL; his grandchildren, Dr. Dawson Kendall Buettner of New Orleans, LA, Laurel Dunn Buettner of Vestavia Hills, AL, William Stovall Dunn of Mountain Brook, AL and Carolyn Elizabeth Dunn of Mountain Brook, AL; his nieces, Margaret Berridge Dunn Darnell (Michael), Katyleene Kendall Dunn McCall (Scott), Elizabeth Stovall Dunn Puckett (Jeffrey), Josephine Hogan Dunn Borer (Cory) and Ashlee Warren Dunn Thull (Monty); his sister-in-law Phyllis Warren Dunn of Mobile; Houston (Keith) and Howard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Maintenance Reserve Fund or Elmore County Humane Shelter.
