It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Adams of Wilmer, Alabama, born in Chatom, Alabama, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willa Mae Rivers Reed and Lenzy Albert Reed; her siblings, Mervin Reed, Lonnie Reed, Charles Reed, Lenzy Reed Jr. and Becky Sheldt; and her daughter Jocilyn Hall.
She is survived by: her husband John Adams; her sisters, Linda Reed, Theresa Overton Lassiter and Patsy Reed; her children, Jason Adams and Dakota Adams; her grandchildren, Tristian Adams, Dylan Anthony, Alyssa Adams, Daniel Bennett, London Anthony, Ethan Anthony and Remi Adams; and her great grandchildren, Antonio Gennett and Cecilia Anthony. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
