He is survived by: his wife Linda Moore; his daughters, Cheri Moore Crumpton and Carla Moore Eubanks; his grandchildren, Megan Shelton, Mitchell Bromley, Brooklyn Horton, Luke Crumpton and Lyndi Adams; his great grandchildren, Emerie Shelton, Sofija Bromley, Oakley Horton and Jeremiah Bromley; and his sister Jacki Hill.
