He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry "Rooster" McCaleb and Judy Hallmark Robertson; and his stepfather Roger Robertson. He is survived by: his children, Austin McCaleb (Isabella) of Haleyville and Hali McCaleb of Scottsboro; his brother Brent Robertson (Jessica) of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Lucas Eugene Trimble, Amara Annaleigh Tucker and Samuel Everest Keith McCaleb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home Chapel (3659 AL-171, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
