He is survived by: his mother Mildred Humber Moore; his wife Annette Duckworth Moore; his children, Mark Moore (Macey) and Denise Ary (Kyle); his grandchildren, Anna, Addison Ary, Gracie Moore, Amanda Bishop (Rogar), Heather Lovell (Thomas), Nathan Foster (Janna) and Stacey Foster; and his sisters, Sharon Lawrence (Frankie) and Bobbie Derrick (Todd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
