She was predeceased by: her husband Royce Hulsey. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Hulsey (Kathy Mabury) and Dustin Hulsey; her granddaughter Addison; her sisters, Judy Roberts and Jean Causey; and her brother-in-law Ronald Causey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.
