He is survived by: his mother Tommie Lou Berryhill Davis; his wife Belinda Ballard Davis; his daughters, Brittney Davis Evans (Michael) and Brooke Davis Poole (Justin); his grandchildren, Addy and Ames Poole; and his sister Deborah Davis Weeks (Ronny).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel (981 AL-253, Winfield, AL 35594). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Zion Missionary Baptist Church at 1960 Alabama Hwy 253 Winfield, AL 35594 in memory of Benny.
