She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Hallmark Butler; her grandparents, Renly, Imogene Hallmark, Clarence and Susie Butler; her uncle Columbus "Toad" Butler; her aunt Linda Sue Perry; and her cousin Kim Wyers.

She is survived by: her father Clarence Wayne "Buddy" Butler; her aunts and uncles, James (Loretta Wyers), Tony (Margene Butler), Sammy Butler and Janice Butler; her great-aunt Brenda Blodgett; and her caregiver Melisha Todd. She is also survived by cousins; 2 very special friends.
