It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Andrew Couch of Winfield, Alabama, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Andrew Couch to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Meredith and Della Lucille Franks Couch; and his sister Margaret Alice Chaffin. He is survived by: his wife Ann Lyons Couch; his children, Candy Southern (Doug) of Tuscaloosa, Beth Marler (Joey) of Tuscaloosa, Debbie Killingsworth (Glen) of Winfield and Andy Couch (Jennifer) of Mountain Brook; his grandchildren, Jake, Zac Spiller, Zoie Bryant, Colin, Catherine Grace Couch, Noah and Samantha Marler; his great grandchild Oaklee Spiller; his nephew Ronny Chaffin; his brother-in-law Bobby Chaffin; his aunt Doris Franks; and his cousins, Martha Ann Trollinger and Alice Eddins. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the West Alabama Memorial Gardens (3955 US-43, Guin, AL 35563).
